For a direct sample, add separate master and composition controllers. For a replay/interpolation, composition is required. Add separate lines for co-owners.
Research & outreach
Find likely controllers using public catalogues, verify them independently, draft a request and log what was actually sent. Never assumes an artist, publisher or label alone can grant all rights.
No emails are sent by this tool. A logged contact is not approval. A refusal or ownership dispute withdraws active approval attestations and reopens the case.

Offers & counteroffers
Compare permission terms without overwriting previous proposals. A commercial agreement in principle is not a rights clearance or a signed licence.
Any non-draft entry reopens a signed-off case and withdraws the old evidence attestation for this holder. Record the updated agreement as a new signed PDF after human review. Nothing here sends emails, approves terms or grants permission.

An AMM summary is not a licence or legal opinion. Read the actual signed contracts before use. Confidential agreements are excluded from client packs unless expressly marked shareable by a human reviewer.
Clearance sign-off
A recorded approval means AMM completed its internal check. Only the parties' signed agreements grant the specified rights. Changes after sign-off automatically reopen the case.
