Common jobs
These are the five jobs admins use most often.
SYSTEM CHECK
Check the website, sign-in and audio.
Check catalogue data, access control, media delivery and recovery from one place.
How original files are protected
Always-on storage creates separate listening copies. It never overwrites or automatically deletes WAV masters, stems, archive files or Media Node originals.
GO-LIVE SAFETY CHECK
Check everything before making the new site live.
Configuration check only: websites, sign-in, registered audio sources and local recovery markers. It cannot verify actual playback, offsite backups, old public audio links, or billing. It changes no records, DNS or paid settings.
AMM will separate true blockers from things that can wait until after launch.
What could stop the site going live?
Configuration blockers: broken routes, missing D1 or authentication, unexpectedly open private catalogue access, or no confirmed audio delivery source. A desktop Media Node is optional when cloud media is configured.
Manual security tests remain mandatory: client audio playback, downloads, old public media URLs, offsite backup and usage limits. A green configuration check is not permission to promote to production.
AUDIO FILE LOCATIONS
See where originals, backups and listening copies live.
AMM keeps long-term backups separate from the copies used for fast listening and downloads. The archive vault holds verified long-term copies, the AMM Media Node serves active audio, and D1 stores metadata and relationships. Large media travels directly between the browser and the media node so Cloudflare never becomes the large-file pipe.
How audio storage works
Audio playback: the AMM Media Node serves the active listening copies and downloads.
Masters: original WAVs, stems and production files remain unchanged in the Media Node/archive.
Cloudflare: Pages/Workers handle the site, authentication and metadata. Cloud preview fallback remains optional and its live status is shown by System Health.
AUTOMATIC STORAGE MANAGEMENT
Keep playback fast without overfilling active storage.
AMM never evicts an active file unless its archive copy has been explicitly verified. Auto-eviction is OFF. The planner suggests archive, pin, restore and eviction actions while humans keep the final say.
Backup safety rule
AMM treats prepared, uploaded and verified as different states. The Archive Bridge can report a manifest only after you explicitly confirm the remote vault has finished syncing. That human-confirmed receipt is what unlocks safe eviction.
STORAGE CALCULATOR
See how much storage the catalogue needs before moving files.
The full Audio Motion archive should not be squeezed into the 8 GB cloud safety cache. Scan the DISCO/audio export folder here and AMM will calculate the real requirement locally without uploading any files.
The complete library is archived in the current 1 TB archive provider while the working set sits on the guarded AMM Media Node. The archive layer is adapter-based, so AMM can move providers later without changing catalogue IDs. Signed direct URLs handle uploads and delivery. Expired or cold media can be evicted from active media storage only after the archive copy is verified.
Planning assumption until scanned: allow roughly 250–600 MB per composition when masters, instrumentals, clean versions and some stems are included. For a serious catalogue, 500 GB is a practical floor; 1 TB is the safer starting target.
USERS & ACCESS
Create access codes and control who can sign in.
Create temporary access codes for contributors or clients, sign out devices, and keep shared track information up to date.
SUGGESTED TAGS
Get tag suggestions based on choices you have already approved.
AMM learns only from creative metadata you approve or reject. It does not learn or infer ownership, splits, publisher control, sample clearance or one-stop status.
DUPLICATE FINDER
Find tracks that may be duplicates or very similar.
AMM compares audio plus identifiers, duration, filenames, version labels and rights facts. Review each pair before cleanup. Version families such as instrumentals, clean edits, remixes, stems and cutdowns are protected from automatic deletion.
Checking for possible duplicates…
CATALOGUE SUGGESTIONS
See what is ready, what is missing and what to improve next.
AMM reads the catalogue as a portfolio, not a pile of files. It measures sync coverage, rights bottlenecks, missing deliverables and duplicate risk, then turns them into an action queue. No external AI API is used.
OPPORTUNITY ENGINE
What is worth doing next?
Briefs, client requests, relationship signals and catalogue readiness now live in one dedicated opportunity workspace.
CLIENT ACTIVITY & RIGHTS
See who received what, rights issues and each track's history.
Recipient Memory uses imported contacts and AMM pitch history. Clearance cases remain human-controlled. Track Lifecycle shows how a cue moved from ingest to pitching and clearance without exposing this internal history to clients.
BULK ADD MUSIC
Add one track, many tracks or a whole folder.
Choose files more than once if you need to. AMM keeps them in one queue, removes exact duplicates and groups likely masters, instrumentals, clean versions, edits and stems.
Local analysis reads the audio and filenames on-device. It suggests versions, BPM, energy, dynamics, edit points, sonic descriptors, sync uses and tags, then learns from the creative choices you approve or reject. Rights data is never invented.
REVIEW IMPORTED MUSIC
Review new music and see what still needs checking.
Tag AI is creative assistance only. It can classify likely genre, mood, sync use, scene fit and search language from audio features and supplied context. It cannot establish ownership or clearance.

Supported audio formats & original master safety
Upload WAV, AIFF, MP3 or M4A masters and versions. AMM preserves the original master and creates a browser-safe listening preview when needed. Virtually any FFmpeg-decodable audio or video container is accepted; the original is never converted or replaced.
STORAGE LIMITS
Keep storage inside the configured safety limits.
This browser workspace keeps temporary local data while AMM stores shared catalogue metadata and media through the connected services.
VERSION STACKS
Keep every mix together.
AMM groups likely full mixes, instrumentals, clean edits, acapellas, cutdowns and stems into one composition view. It never changes rights information while grouping.
WAVEFORMS & CUE POINTS
See the music, jump to the useful moments.
Waveforms are built from the browser-safe listening copy. Click anywhere on the waveform or use the cue buttons to jump straight there.

Select a track on the left15 / 30 / 60 second jumps are always available when the track is long enough. Stored hook and edit points appear automatically.
MEDIA & AI HEALTH
Check the audio and fix the tags in the same place.
Original masters stay untouched. Cloud Ready means the listening copy is registered in cloud storage; Node Online means the desktop audio source answered a health check. Complete missing info reuses source-backed artist identity data.
Always available listening copies
When cloud preview fallback is enabled, AMM can keep compressed listening copies available while the Media Node is offline. Originals stay on the Media Node/archive. The active quota and protection threshold are read from the current system configuration.

MISSING TRACK INFORMATION

AI USE IN YOUR CATALOGUE
Review existing music without uploading it again.
This checks existing metadata, declarations and matching file fingerprints. Audio alone cannot prove whether a song was made with AI. Existing public tracks stay available while you review them.
CHECK TRACK INFORMATION
Fix missing track details across several tracks at once.
Readiness is split into creative, rights and assets so a track can be searchable without pretending its clearance is complete. Complete selected combines per-track audio analysis with facts AMM already has from artist profiles and imported metadata. Unknown splits, publishers, owners, identifiers and clearance facts are still left for confirmation.
CLIENT PLAYLISTS
Private playlists and client activity
Managed pitch links enforce expiry and stream/download permissions. Opens, plays and master downloads are recorded as delivery activity without exposing internal catalogue notes to recipients.
Playlist history on this device
Older device-created links are kept here for reconciliation.
SPREADSHEET IMPORT
Fill track details from Excel or CSV.
Upload an .xlsx, .csv or .tsv file. AMM scans every sheet, finds the header row or key/value metadata form, matches familiar column names automatically, fills known metadata and writer details, and flags anything that needs human confirmation. Unknown ownership or split percentages are never invented.
What AMM can fill automatically
Track metadata: title, artist, ISRC, genre, mood, BPM, key, versions, sync uses, scene fit, tags and territories.
Rights facts: writers, supplied writer shares, IPI/CAE numbers, PRO/society, publishers, master owner and publishing owner.
Safety: AMM can map and validate supplied splits, but it will not guess an unknown writer share, publisher ownership, sample clearance or one-stop status.
MOVE MUSIC FROM DISCO
Import your DISCO catalogue
Bring the Audio Motion DISCO catalogue across without retyping it. AMM preserves the original DISCO Track ID and raw columns, restores version nesting, deduplicates records, pairs downloaded audio by filename, and can send matched masters directly to the connected Media Node.
DISCO migration complete
The broad import is retired for this catalogue. Verified catalogue decisions are preserved; unresolved provenance stays explicit instead of being guessed.
What is finished
Exceptions kept visible
Exception audio evidence
43 DISCO rows remain evidence-held: 11 unresolved rows + 32 duplicate-risk rows. Analyse only those files here. Audio stays in this browser unless you deliberately use another AMM upload tool.
What you need from DISCO
Tracks: request a full track metadata CSV from DISCO Support, including writer information and custom fields.
Versions: export the Nesting CSV from DISCO Data & Sharing.
Contacts: Contacts → … → Export all contacts to CSV.
History: export Insights/Reports to CSV if you want a legacy analytics snapshot.
Audio: download originals or playlist selections. The production migrator will process them in quota-safe batches.
